Coming from a place where I was told I would never make it in business if I spoke differently, came out of the closet, dyed my hair, or even wore colorful clothes; I wasted a lot of time learning that being true to myself actually increases business success instead of decreases it. When I first meet with people we do an extensive business plan which also covers what they really want to do vs. what they think they have to do.
Neurodivergent Coaching
Each person is unique and we are all battling ourselves to get to where we dream to be. Some people have more internal challenges than others and are neurodivergent. I’ve had to overcome many neurodivergent traits and learned to manage them. This has made me able to speak to others who may have similar challenges, setting up systems to help them overwrite some of our original code.

We work together to setup business systems that fit with your personality and preferences. We’ll find a system that works alongside your style. Outside of regularly meeting with me to keep you and your business on track, I teach you how to hold yourself accountable to drive you forward every day.

Anyone who knows me knows I’ve done every aspect of the real estate industry. It was because I thought I hated the business and nothing spoke to me. That was until I started teaching others.
