Zak Shellhammer is a Business Consultant and REALTOR®. A resident of the Southern NV desert since 2004, Zak brought his marketing and business development experience from the east coast. He began as a web developer and eventually found his way into the world of Real Estate.

Zak started his Real Estate career in Las Vegas focusing on New Home Sales as an analyst and graphic designer. Becoming a licensed REALTOR®, he then spent ten years as the Operations Manager of a local brokerage before becoming a Real Estate Broker in 2020. It is through this journey that Zak found his true passion in coaching others to find their own success by route of being authentic, #TrueToYou. What started as “just a job” and something he was told to stifle his authenticity in, Zak discovered the opposite. He then honed his own talents to help focus others and create successful businesses that they loved.

With a dedication for supporting diverse culture and human rights, Zak strives to be a voice for the local community. Zak is the President-Elect of the Henderson Libraries Foundation and President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. He also serves as the Chair of Las Vegas REALTORS® Diversity Committee and member of the Nevada REALTORS® DEI Committee. Personally and professionally, his goal is to pool the most effective professionals and community members together to work side by side, create solutions, and give back to the Southern Nevada area.

In his spare time Zak loves to travel, seeking the cosmos, and create surreal art. Zak is a member of several local, state, and national organizations including LVR, NVR, NAR, and a founding member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. He is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), an At Home With Diversity agent (AHWD), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and has earned the REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement.
