Zak began his career as a web developer, seamlessly transitioning his technical expertise into the world of real estate and business strategy. Over the years, he specialized in residential and commercial sales, REO short sales, and property management, eventually earning his Real Estate Broker license. This unique blend of technical, creative, and operational expertise laid the foundation for his transition into performance marketing and business coaching.

As the founder of Shellhammer Consulting, Zak has mentored businesses across industries, crafting innovative strategies that drive measurable results. His work has led to a 99.96% increase in consumer engagement clicks and a 137.84% rise in calls, with email marketing campaigns far surpassing industry benchmarks. Zak also brings his marketing expertise to the non-profit sector. He is the past President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and now serves as the Chapter Delegate of Region 13, covering the organization’s largest territory, which includes California and Hawaii. Additionally, he is the President-Elect of the Henderson Libraries Foundation and an active participant in multiple diversity and inclusion committees, working to create meaningful change within the industry.

When he’s not coaching or creating marketing strategies, Zak enjoys traveling, exploring creative pursuits, and crafting surreal art. He holds certifications such as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and excellence.
